Jamie’s Role at Paperwise
Jamie has been with Paperwise since August 2022, just over 3 years. As an Implementation Engineer, Jamie plays a crucial role in helping customers transition smoothly onto the Paperwise platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Migrating data from legacy systems to Paperwise solutions
- Installing and configuring software
- Setting up WebAPIs and integrations
- Running scripts, SQL queries, and automation tools to prepare environments
- Performing system testing and troubleshooting errors
- Documenting configurations
- Training clients to get the most out of their systems
This combination of technical work and customer engagement ensures that every implementation sets clients up for long-term success.
Jamie’s Favorite Paperwise Memory
For Jamie, one of the best memories was their very first day. The excitement of joining the team, meeting colleagues, and diving into learning from so many talented people left a lasting impression. It set the tone for years of collaboration and growth.
Looking Ahead at Paperwise
Jamie is especially excited about how Paperwise is expanding its solutions in 2025 and 2026 to support more industries. Being part of a company that is not only growing but also broadening its impact is something Jamie finds both rewarding and motivating.
Beyond Paperwise: Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys a variety of hobbies and adventures, including working on his 1969 Buick Skylark, camping and spending time outdoors, flying drones and traveling with his wife and daughter.
