About this Template
Allows a hiring manager to relay new hire information to Human Resources for processing. The hiring manager inputs employee name, date of hire, start date, pay rate and other data. The hiring manager can optionally attach a resume, cover letter, and application for Human Resources to file.
The new hire data is then automatically routed to Human Resources where someone can use the data and download the attachments. After the Human Resources step, the information is conditionally routed to the Information Technology and Security roles to complete distribution of resources for the new employee.
