Paperwise, a worldwide leader in Business Process Management Solutions is currently searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. Account Managers work with new and existing accounts in an effort to increase client enthusiasm, drive expansion of product and solutions, and retain clients.

As an Account Manager, you will make outbound calls to clients to discuss marketing campaigns, inquiries, and issues. During these discussions, you will analyze the clients’ business, educational, software, Software as a Service (SaaS), hardware, and networking environments, all in an effort to address their changing business needs. Account Managers identify sales opportunities, recommend products/services that will help to achieve overall improved system utilization, and help resolve issues. Account Managers will proactively manage the client relationship, identifying new target areas and opportunities, which may be solution expansion or opportunities for product improvement or training.

Essential Functions
  • Proactive outbound contact to clients to ensure client information is constantly kept up to date
  • Participate in interactive brainstorming sessions in order to stay abreast of changes in the market for our key clients
  • Coordinate company technical engineering support and services to meet customer needs
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within the industry
  • Must achieve objectives as outlined in the Paperwise Compensation Plan
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in business, technology, or related area preferred and/or
  • Education or experience that would be applicable to the position
Knowledge and Skills
  • Business to Business (B2B) sales or customer service experience highly preferred
  • Proactive; focused on client outreach as opposed to strictly fielding incoming issues
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must successfully complete Paperwise training
  • Must have the ability to solve problems over the phone, and calm escalated issues
  • Must be dedicated, organized, detail minded, analytical, positive, and have the ability to excel within a team environment
  • Knowledge of network operating systems and Microsoft products

Paperwise, a Springfield-based software development company, has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

Under moderate supervision, the Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the coordination, scheduling, and resource management of implementation tasks, engineering projects, as well as special customer facing assignments. This position will liaise with staff from Account Management, Project Management, Customer Support/Implementation, and Engineering to ensure all requirements are documented, scheduled, and addressed. It is not the specific role of the Project Coordinator to manage the client relationship but from time to time their presence may be requested in a meeting with the client.

Essential Functions
  • Creates and manages project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met
  • Creates, updates and maintains all implementation calendars
  • Monitors and tracks all escalated issues
  • Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule
  • Ensures all details relevant to a client’s configuration are maintained and accurate
  • May be required to present project plan and other relevant documents to upper management
  • Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies
  • Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables
  • Continually seeks opportunities to processes and provide clear communication to all stakeholder.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to
  • Effectively disseminate relevant project information to stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations
  • Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and constructively
  • Basic knowledge of Electronic Document Management systems

Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit written or visual materials, including blog posts, white papers, videos and other marketing/sales collateral
  • Investigate and pitch creative content opportunities for our thought leaders to show off their expertise
  • Strategize with Marketing and Communications Coordinators about positioning, message and branding for local and national events
Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed or in your final final year working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising and/or PR
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Some experience with customer engagement strategies utilizing social media
  • Creative thinking
  • Available for 29 hours of in-office time
