Electronic Document Management systems are not for everyone. The following survey enables us to determine the extent of your document management needs. Our experienced document management consultants will use this survey to determine whether or not an electronic system is right for your particular business and, if so, to what extent. If our consultants do not see PaperWise as a match for your company they will be happy to point you in the right direction for a system that will be right for you.

Customer Service
External
	Our inability to resolve customer's questions in the originating call is creating frustrations.
