"PaperWise is a life saver!" Judie, manager of administrative services at Pathmark Transportation, says. Pathmark is a truck brokerage company that arranges transportation for large clients such as Delmonte and Campbell’s Soup. PaperWise has helped to provide a better way of life and more efficient processes to this growing company.

Before June of 2003, Judie and her staff would spend two and a half to three hours a day wading through and moving boxes full of customer's original papers, searching for the right documentation to go along with each invoice. "On top of that we also had to search for documentation that was needed for collections. We were running in circles," Bobbie Wright of the collections and claims department says. "It was truly a nightmare."

Bobbie enjoys the newfound convenience of accessing documents. "It's heaven. I have immediate access to all bills and supporting documents. This makes my job with collections so much easier. I don't have to pull someone else in the office off what they are doing to help me make copies any more. I can also provide all required documents directly to someone's fax or email at the time of a collections call," Bobbie says.
