and TPA. We have incorporated it with accounting as well as HR, and as a result
have been able to keep a valued accountant in our employ who moved to another
state.
Because we have 3 different locations, we can locate documents quickly and can
have multiple users accessing them simultaneously. From an expense perspective,
we have been able to reduce storage space significantly - as all documents are
shredded immediately.
In addition, PaperWise provides us with enhanced security - for HIPPA
compliance as well as in the event of a catastrophe. We have built in disaster
recovery.
This has been one of the best investments our organization has made.
