FAQ 27 - Is there an upgrade program? Are all upgrades backward compatible?

AssuranceWise is the maintenance agreement that you sign up for when you purchase a PaperWise system. Maintenance is charged yearly for Enterprise systems and monthly for Appliance and online systems. Maintenance buys you technical support services and both major and minor upgrades. Upgrades are generally backward compatible.
