Dual entry of indexing information can be eliminated through a seamless integration of an already existing management system with the PaperWise system. But many PaperWise customers enjoy the luxury of indexing using bar coding as a major part of their solution.

When a group of documents pertaining to a particular case or client are scanned, a bar code cover sheet is entered first. The bar code generated in PaperWise pulls all the necessary index information from the management system and attaches it to the appropriate documents.
