Since the institution of PaperWise in
August of 2008, Simple HR has nearly eliminated the need to
purchase file folders or labels, and have not made any new
purchases of these supplies in 2009. An excess of 4000 files would
have normally been purchased, and their paper budget has dropped
25%, continuing to decrease as more automation is implemented.
In searching out a document management
system, Landrum Professional was focused on a few priorities. They
wanted to find a system that is easy to use, expandable, and
manageable. "We didn't want something that you had to work in the
IT department to use," Landrum says. PaperWise document management
consultants made an onsite visit to observe Landrum Professional's
processes and present the PaperWise solution. Landrum was impressed
by the level of professionalism exhibited by the PaperWise
visitors. "They immediately could speak our language and knew what
was going on," Landrum says.
