Can I monitor workloads as they change?

Using document management workflows can be automated which opens the door for monitoring. PaperWise provides a tool to display user queue workloads and often upstream or downstream volumes.  A customizable graphical interface allows users to track document queues, as well as user activity and workloads. A customized real-time view of one or more image queues, while customizable gauges measure and display counts of any criteria contained in the database.  Users can develop multiple thresholds, and gauges can be configured to alert when thresholds are reached.

Using PaperWise document management managers can glance at individual workloads and track production through a Dashboard gadget located on their computer desktop.  When levels increase to critical points, this tool provides alerts and users can click on the gauge to view the work in the queue.
