Streamline processes using electronic signature capture toolsPaper intensive processes can be simplified both in workload and workflow through simple automation.   By maintaining documents electronically, forms are made accessible to fill out

Even documents that require a signature can remain electronic using the PaperWise electronic signature feature.  This effort is made possible through an integration with PRONTOâ„¢ Server Electronic Records and Signature System (ERSS) by AlphaTrust.  Together, PaperWise and AlphaTrust provide a legally binding, authentic solution that eliminates the cumbersome task of handling and routing documents that require signatures and approval.  Their solution provides a secure and permanent answer for producing legal and functional documents as valid as those possessing a physical signature.

By way of document packets, PaperWise sends the packets through an automated workflow.  Once completed, they are sent to the PaperWise signature server running AlphaTrust where the packet is electronically signed.  AlphaTrust performs document authentication of the signature, acting as an "electronic notary," placing elements such as a date and time stamp, making it legally binding.  The server stores the signed document with a safeguard, through a built-in tamperproof system, that breaks the signature should it encounter anything that jeopardizes the integrity of the document.  This guarantees the security, authenticity, and legal compliance of documents, preventing fraud or any other irresponsible acts.
