PaperWise, Inc. releases Version 6 of document management suite, offering
new features, more functionality to all industries
Springfield, Mo. – January 16, 2006 – PaperWise, Inc. announced the release of the
newest version of their document management software today. As the development team
worked to release the latest version of the PaperWise document management product,
the suggestions and needs of users were taken into serious consideration. According
to senior developer Tom Colley, "PaperWise is always striving to improve usability,
expand functionality and increase our stability." And looking at the final product,
they accomplished just that. Sticking with the previous trend, the newest version
of the PaperWise Suite offers more features that make daily work faster and more
efficient for everyone from the scanner to the CEO.
Some of the new Version 6 features include:

The Workflow Designer: a new feature included in Version
6, allows users to create custom workflows using simple drag-and-drop shapes.

PaperWise Workbench: allows you to easily assemble new
documents using existing documents stored in the PaperWise system. Also a part of
the Workbench is an application called the Forms Filler feature that permits users
to easily complete scanned forms within the system by detecting the fields where
information needs to be entered.

Workflow Toolbar: a feature allowing users to customize
their toolbars in major applications, even giving third party users the ability
to put their own button on a toolbar.

PaperWise Explorer: the My PaperWise application works
as a Windows Explorer shell extension, allowing users to see all of their documents
through Windows Explorer.

Form Designer: this brand new feature gives users complete
version control of documents and lets them easily design electronic forms for the
Workflow Inbox.

MFDWise: monitors multi-function devices and imports
documents into PaperWise.
