PaperWise, Inc. to launch PaperWise eCoverage, an online backup service to their customers

Secured, online backup service to serve current customers with backup of all corporate knowledge

Springfield, Missouri – March 2, 2006 – PaperWise, Inc. announces the deployment of PaperWise eCoverage, an online backup service that will be available to all of their clients. PaperWise is a document management specialist that has provided their services for nearly 20 years in the transportation, insurance, legal, and education industries, among others.

"We have offered our customers ways to improve efficiency and security for years now, and for the last several years we have made offsite backup of their PaperWise data available. Now, however, all of our customers can backup their entire corporate base of knowledge through us," PaperWise president Dan Langhofer said. "Disaster recovery is something our customers sometimes don't think about until it's too late. Most of our customers have been told the importance of backing up their PaperWise data, and now we have an easy, online service that they can rely on to make certain all of their valuable business data is secure," Langhofer added.

Using PaperWise eCoverage will allow customers to house, as much of their corporate data as they would like, to a state-of-the-art location that is off site: the PaperWise data center. Information is sent via a secure Internet connection. The Data Center is located 85 feet underground, with several layers of security including biometric scans, armed guards, industry best fire suppression systems and a 2 million watt generator. "I cannot imagine that the majority of businesses that we deal with have access to a better, more secure place to store all of their electronic data," Langhofer said.

PaperWise eCoverage is available for immediate implementation. Pricing starts at a monthly fee of $12 per GB. Pricing drops as you add more data to the system, going to $8 per GB or lower.
