CRM Integration
PaperWise, Inc. integrates with Microsoft CRM, a widely-used management system
Springfield, Mo. – June 23, 2006 – PaperWise CRM specialist Larry Vernon has successfully integrated the
PaperWise Document Management System with Microsoft CRM, a Web-based, customer-oriented management system.
The benefactor of this integration, ARRMS, is the parent company of a new agency getting its start just
outside of Sacramento, Calif.
Since CRM and PaperWise are both very flexible systems, they work well together as sister programs. CRM
has a focus on customers and PaperWise a focus on managing documents related to the customers. “Combining
the capabilities of the two creates a real synergy,” Larry says. Both systems provide easy access to code
so they can easily for them to exchange data, which results in a smooth integration. Because CRM is customer
oriented, index data can be extracted from PaperWise with the click of a button.
A unique attribute of this integration is the fact that it was accomplished 100 percent on remote. Without
ever leaving the office, Larry was able to configure both systems with minimal technical challenges. Now that
they have started to use the system, they can now easily access all of their corporate data through an Internet
connection, especially since CRM is Web-based.
Without huge investments into technical expertise, ARRMS is able to achieve their desired functionality right
from the get-go. “These systems are both very scalable over time so as they grow their skill set, they can expand
what they do with the system,” Larry says. And if they ever need help, CRM is configurable over the Web so a quick
fix is only a phone call away.
“What we have with PaperWise 6.0 and CRM 3.0 are really two systems that are coming into their own,” Larry says.
He believes the maturity and stability offered by these systems provides a strong integrated solution for any company
with a customer focus that needs to manage documents.
