We have been
developing a web portal for our customers with the same technology
that is used to create PaperWise Connect. Our vision for the
new PaperWise Customer Portal is to provide a central place for you
to see what we're working on, interact with us as well as other
PaperWise users, learn everything that is possible with PaperWise,
and most importantly, give us feedback. In other words, we
want to provide a personal and interactive place to build your
PaperWise community. Because this site will eventually
replace myPaperWise.com, we are building the new functionality of
the Customer Portal on that foundation. However, that's only
the beginning! Here's some of what we have planned:
You can always find the latest updates about new content on the Home page. There is also a suggestion box for you to share your thoughts about the site and its content with us.
Whether it's Version 6, Version 7, SmartForms, or Connect, we want to make sure you can get the information you need when you need it. Beyond basic product information, we will announce available Hot Fixes and new customizations or features that might be of interest to your organization. You can also post any feature requests you might have.
This section will feature both video and text tutorials, white papers, and tips and tricks. Its purpose is to quickly provide you with instant help regarding your solution as well as encourage a sense of community among PaperWise users. Interactive features will also be integrated throughout this section, providing users with the ability to like, dislike, and comment on videos and articles.
Do you have something to say? We want to hear it! This section provides numerous forums for you to discuss common issues, feature requests, and best practices, to name only a few. We want to provide a central place to encourage conversations throughout the PaperWise community.
This section will display Support announcements, solutions to common issues, and hotfixes. It will also allow you to download upgrades and search our knowledgebase.
This section will be the most personalized to you and your account. Here you will find contact information for your PaperWise contacts, view announcements meant specifically for you and your company, and access account-related documents. This is also the section where you'll be able to access your personal profile including password changes and address updates.
