PaperWise will soon be offering an innovative solution that not
only enhances customer service, but affords the ability to maintain better control of submissions to
carriers. Structured with the hurdles CSAs encounter while
processing submissions on the forefront of the design, PaperWise
engineers built a feature that expedites the entire task.

In order to maintain satisfied customers and withstand the
auditing process, RMI had to invest in a system with the capacity
to search and retrieve information in a fraction
of time. A customizable, fast, and easy-to-use solution was
needed; one that would also provide security necessary to meet
strict government rules, as well as reliable back-ups.

As a child, PSG Engineer Nate Degen
was your every day kid from the Midwest. However, one thing
separated him from most of his friends at that age - his love for
technology. "I was always in charge of fixing or setting up
whatever 'technology' there was around the house - from programming
the VCR to fixing the computer," said Degen. Even as a child it
