Once again autumn is upon us. What a wonderful season it is in the Ozarks. The crispness of the air in the early morning is exhilarating. The season wakens so many senses. You can literally smell the changes of the oak and other trees as they prepare for their winter nap. I hope each of you can find a few moments to forget about the things that cause you stress and get back to nature.

Support Team News

We have had a couple of staffing changes recently. Kevin Moore is our new Support Dispatcher. Kevin helps us respond faster to your phone calls and other support requests. Kevin has helpdesk experience and will be assisting you on the more common questions.

Russ Lewis is another recent addition to the team. Russ has several years of experience in helpdesk environments. Russ has started as a Level I Technician. The Team is currently training Russ in preparation to assist with any of your Support needs.

Holiday Schedule

The end of the year holidays are nearly here. I wanted to take a moment to let you know what our scheduled hours will be over the holidays.

Thanksgiving

PaperWise is closed November 25th and 26th.

Christmas

We are splitting up the holiday in order to provide regular Support hours on both Thursday December 23rd and Monday the 27th. PaperWise is closed on the 24th.

New Year's Eve

We are splitting up the holiday in order to provide regular Support hours on Friday December 31st.

Our normal emergency after hours support will still be available during the holidays; however, we do ask that you please hold non-emergency issues until the next business day. Thank you very much.

Product News

PaperWise version 6.4.2 was recently released. The new version contains an accumulation of hot fixes for 6.4.1, as well as, an install change to allow installation on systems that do not have a C:\ drive. You can download the new version on MyPaperWise.com.

Recent Hot Fixes

One of the top issues we've seen the last several months is 'Error 13 Type Mismatch' when starting PaperWise. We have a hot fix available for 6.4.1. Please contact Support if you need this hot fix.
