KathieRyanProfileKathie Ryan is the Training Coordinator and Sagitta System Administrator at J.W. Terrill, Inc. in Chesterfield, MO.  She is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance, Certified Insurance Service Representative and Advisor in Insurance Services.   In 2011, Kathie became a member of the NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users) Speakers Guild and was awarded a NetVU Presidential Citation award for her efforts on behalf of NetVU users at their National Conference in Orlando, FL.

Take a before and after journey in this customer service case study as we reveal how one PaperWise customer was able to completely transform their business. Through a tiered deployment method this customer was able to move from an office operating under mounds of paper to a new building free of physical folders and file cabinets. Join us as we examine the direct effect this transformation had on their ability to heighten the level of service offered to customers. This session is part of the Power User Certification program.
