The FaxWise application is a modern fax tool that electronically manages incoming faxes. Configured to work in conjunction with many third-party fax solutions like Castelle Faxpress, Right Fax and Esker through direct integrations, the module directs directly into PaperWise work queues. FaxWise also works with MailWise to pull and route faxes from e-mails received through the Microsoft e-mail exchange integration.

Providing workflow efficiency, the application is capable of automatically routing faxes to intended recipients while maintaining the utmost security. Indexing is applied based on the line or extension where the fax was received and other custom fields based on your preferences.

Digital fax images produce better quality output over traditional fax machines without the hassles of paper and toner issues. FaxWise is capable of handling bulk faxing jobs, and allows multi-department collaboration, avoiding the need for multiple fax transmissions to clients.
