The DisplayWise module of the PaperWise product suite integrates the PaperWise system with core business software applications. Application integration provides maximum productivity for indexing; users view and process documents into the management system. When processing and data entry are complete, a hot key or custom application button will automatically pull information from the host system and apply it to the image, completing the transaction. While working in network or host-based software, the user selects pre-assigned keys to communicate with the PaperWise system. Retrieving or indexing an image from management software, AS/400, mainframe or UNIX legacy systems can be done with a single keystroke. DisplayWise eliminates data entry errors and data entry duplication.
